To maintain hygienic standards in accordance with Alberta Health and Health Canada infection and disease prevention initiatives ALL medical, surgical, soft supports and rehabilitation equipment are non-returnable.

Other items that are final sale and not returnable include (but are not limited to): 

1. Beds, Mattresses and Accessories 

2. Scooters and Powerchairs

3. Lift Chairs

4. All Bathroom/Hygiene Equipment 

5. Clearance Items 

6. Special Order Items

Return of eligible items must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a non-negotiable restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price and must be in original packaging, with original receipt presented. 

Adapt Mobility reserves the right to refuse the return of any item. 

Custom orders are placed upon receipt of a deposit and are non-refundable. In the case product orders are cancelled prior to delivery, the deposit will be applied to shipping and restocking fees. 

All items purchased should be installed or assembled by Adapt Mobility’s certified technicians. If a client wishes to install or assemble the product themselves or by another party, Adapt Mobility is not liable for any injury, risk or damage associated with that installation.

The title and property of goods delivered or installed under any tender remain in Adapt Mobility Inc until full payment has been received.  

All invoices are due upon receipt, any past due invoices will be charged 2% per month, until invoice is cleared.
